Backing up Kingdom under fire 360

has anyone backed this up yet??
Have tryed to backup Kingdom Under fire circle of blood using Backup creater but when you load the original creator just hangs all the time and wont cancel until you open the disc tray
Ok using samsung with kreon flash seems to work with 90% of originals
with no problem burning backups
has this got some other protection so wont read it ???
Seem to rule out my software as will work fine with all other discs
Also my drive or something else is a miss somewhere
