Flight Sims
Have never really been into games on PC, but have developed in interest in flight sims.
What are opinions on best Flight Sim software. I'm not necessarily into combat etc but more interested in realistic civilian flight situations. What are the min' PC specs to run a FS well. Cheers.

I have (will have to make sure) MS Flight Simulator 2000. the last one with the 2 world trade towers in it.
from memory if you fly a light plant and bank right after take off you can crash into a tower and see the plane sticking out. I cant remember if there is smoke though. |

Re: Flight Sims
Im into flightsims as well, but my favorite IS a combat sim, but you can still realistically fly non combat missions.
Check out the long running world war 2 sim, the IL2 series, latest complilation is IL2 1946, over a hundred flyable aircraft, all sorts and nationalities, even authentic aussie squadrons and voices! from biplanes and spitfires to the ME262 and even experimental jets that never made it (hence 1946) Its a really great sim for ww2 aircraft lovers |
