If you mean with a new phone, then I don't think so. I'd like it too, but you'd probably have to pay a heap for it.
If you have your own phone, you can join a plan, but there's no contract. (except maybe 1 month notice)

they have some 3 fones on a 1 year contract with great caps!
For value for money you could look at the 3 skype fone. awesome value!
