From correspondents in Toulon, France
September 04, 2008
SONNY Bill Williams may have left Australia but he hasn't left his
injury-prone ways behind him.
Less than a month after signing up with Toulon, the code-switching Kiwi has
been ruled out for three weeks by the cashed-up French rugby club.
Reports out of France have not disclosed the nature of his injury, only
saying he had been hurt during Saturday's draw with Brive.
Just over a month ago the 23-year-old superstar controversially walked out
mid-season on the Bulldogs rugby league club to cash in on the big money on
offer for his services in Europe.
Williams' NRL career was blighted by injury, with the athletic 1.91m and
106kg New Zealander being forced to spend too much time on the sidelines for
a player of his rich talents.

You have to laugh, personally you don't wish injury on anyone, but this guy
is so injury prone it isn't funny. A very over rated talent IMHO - great
against weak opposition, but MIA against top class opposition. Weak as piss
or is that pus.
