The tour's for a new album but we only got a couple from it; not bad tunes
either, losing the guitars and throwing touches of jazz and funk into the
mix. Fact he hadn't been here since 1985 though pretty much dictated the
classics come out; a spanking Eton Rifles in the middle and the crowd full
of expat Poms shrieking along to A Town Called Malice to end the night are
still ringing in my ears. Backing band was also one of the best I've seen
for ages.
Looking bloody fit for fifty and played the showman to a T.
