Important Information - Please Read
On Wednesday July 23rd sometime between midnight and 1am we had a
catastrophic failure of 2 system hard disk drives on our server. We spent
most of Wednesday trying to rebuild these two drives and appeared to have
succeeded but when we re-installed windows they went down again. We have
since replaced the drives and are now commencing uploading the site from our
backup. Unfortunately we had a regularly scheduled full backup commence at
midnight on Tuesday and as site went down during this time not all data was
saved and why the site as you see it now is not yet fully completed. Last
delta backup was 22:37 EST Tuesday so we are using this backup as we move
forward. What this means is that any orders placed between 22:37 EST on
Tuesday and sometime before 01

0 EST on Wednesday have been lost. If you
feel you had placed an order during this time frame we ask that you resubmit
that order. You can confirm all orders placed by checking your account to
verify if any are missing and if so please resubmit them.
We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and are presently undertaking
steps to avoid any repeats of this nature in the future to make our systems
more fully redundant should a similar occurrence ever happen again. If you
need any further information regarding this please feel free to e-mail
orders@dvdpacific.com or we can be contacted by phone on 1 866 863 3011.
Thank you for your understanding and patience.
