yeah well each to their own, really you should think about an anti-virus
even a freeby one like AVG, it's not a matter of if but when.

Malware can enter one's system without any conscious effort from the
user. Don't think for a minute your system is somehow immune or not
infected with malware simply because you engage in safe net practices.
>So what do you mean by "rubbish", "established web standards" and
>"antitrust" ????

Google it and find out. IE 6 & 7 are not standards compliant
browsers. IE is a magnet for trojans and remote exploits.

>I've had no problems at all and I'm avery happy with the performance.

Good for you. When your system gets clogged with malware and
unremovable trojans you might think twice about that remark.

Record Breaking Cold Snap Its Victoria

22 Aug 2008

Australia's leading warmenist newspaper reports:

A record-breaking cold snap has brought cold temperatures and snow to
Victoria just days before spring is set to begin.

Temperatures yesterday fell as much as six degrees below average, with
the temperature in Melbourne staying in single figures for the first
time in 13 months.

At only 9.9 degrees, it was Melbourne's coldest August day in four years
and second coldest in 30 years.

The same dopey paper in 2005 reported that "Australia's snow resorts are
set to follow the American ski industry, with a campaign telling
snowboarders and skiers that global warming will cut short their winter
play time."

Three years on:

The weather is great news for skiers with snowfalls extending the life
of the season.

I run Adaware 6 every so often and nothing comes up.

my own experience. when i came to melb in 1980 it was a cold and wet
place, even had a reputation as such (some sydeney siders still think
that is so, just watch skynews weather reports). the hottest day before
xmas was 28 degrees. nowadays it often gets over 40 degrees.

well since you are sooo much smarter than everyone else, and base your
beliefs on a one-off event you should be investing in ski resorts;
obviously you will make a killing in the coming ice age.

The red and the white cable aren't normally rated for video, i.e 75Ohm, so
while it'll work, you might not get the best possible image.
