I am currently on my 3rd day with Netspace, after switching from AAPT.
I was with AAPT for 4 years, and I asked them what they could do to
make me stay with them when I moved house. Answer was absolutely
nothing, so I decided to save $20 a month and switched to Netspace. So
far, the phone and internet were hooked up exactly when they said they
would be. The only hiccup so far has been that one the day the internet
was hooked up, I got their welcome package in the mail that has the
little red booklet with all the phone numbers and faq's and all the
settings etc in it. Thing is, I got 3 of them, all in separate
envelopes, then the next day, I got 2 more! It's not an issue, just a
massive waste of paper. So far speed has been good. I got the 1500k
16Gb bundle. 8Gb off peak, 8Gb peak. I checked my usage with aapt and
found I fit pretty much around 8-10Gb a month on average, with some of
that being after midnight anyway, and their of peak time is 12 midnight
to 7am. I opted to sign for 2 years and get a free modem as my old aapt
one, although working fine, is 4 years old now. New Netspace modem is
a Netgear adsl2+. No idea if it's a good one or not. It seems to work,
so that's all I care about.
Good luck.
