Of course it's 99.94.

It's the same numbver used for the PO. box for the Ay Bee See in every
Australian capital city.

**I don't understand the preoccupation with some guy who could hit a little
red ball with a lump of wood.

That's because you've never lived through the depression, nor have you
ever experienced financial hardship to the extent that you don't know
how you are going to feed your family tonight. You have always been
handed everything without any effort on your part, so of course you
don't understand how some guy who can hit a little ball can be the
ONLY positive thing in a very very bleak world. These days when times
get just a little tough, people book into a 23rd story hotel room and
jump from the balcony. The problem with the depression is that nearly
everyone was in the same boat. Getting together and watch a
wonderfully talented sportsman entertain thousands of people at one
time was a very very big deal. But I don't expect you to understand
that.

If Sylvia Else has her way, there will be no more Don Bradman's as she'll
make sure there are no more rain water collection tanks. Future aspiring
batsmen will have to go down their local desalination plant and hit a ball
up against it.

**Those people you spoke to probably owe their lives to anti-biotics.
There's a good reason why Florey received a Nobel Prize and Bradman did not.
Hitting a ball with a lump of wood, is not generally regarded as something
which is of earth-shattering importance.

The Don gave them a sense of

**By hitting a little red ball with a lump of wood. Yes, we've established
that.

**I'm responding. Take the cross-posting up with Gordo.

My comment stands: Why praise some guy with a talent for hitting a ball with
a lump of wood and ignore the developer of Penicillin?
