Yep - fuel economy (within reason) is primarily a result of the amount
of air that is processed. Little engine revving out with the foot well
down to get some lively HP - or V8 at 2000 RPM @ 110 KPH with the foot
just down. Same deal with rabbit starts at the lights - nice light
throttle = better economy.
