This thread is quite old but im guessing you use the razor blade method (very professional looking) or you rebuild the legs and solder directly to the little bit of leg left.
I have yet to recieve a D2B with cut legs
. I mainly resell and only install when the customer cannot or the customer stuffs up.
Just hoping this new D2C chip is hacked soon so I can get a little more busines
